Come stay for a comfy and cozy holiday since this home is really a perfect reasonable getaway spot with the privacy and peacefulness you desire in a family-friendly neighborhood close to the beach. One of the best features of this property is that we provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and a rolling cart to easily transport everything down to the beach. All of the bedrooms have new beds with 2 full-size bathrooms. The living room is equipped with a smart tv and cable. The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances, so enjoy cooking your favorite meals! The stunning hardwood floors add a touch of elegance and warmth to the space with their timeless appeal and durability.
This home includes a fire pit, gas BBQ and a Private yard so bring your pet. Curl up and read all day!
This cottage is spacious and quiet with all the room you desire but with modern finishes, very close to all that the North Fork has to offer, including the beach, wineries, and best restaurants, one you could walk around the corner to Tanger outlet shops are also nearby for your shopping needs.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in Weding River. The house had everything we needed and communication with host was easy. The only cons was that house was listed with firepit, but there were no logs to use. Overall cozy atmosphere and comfortable house, great location to visit what Long Island has to offer.

Summary: There is a lot to love about this property -- and a lot of cautions. I loved being a ten minute walk from a lovely beach and being part of a beach community. Caution: The house is in a middle income neighborhood with LOTS of income disparity. Most neighbors are down to earth and friendly and It is not the Hamptons. The house immediately next door had idiling cars in front of it at night many of the nights we were there. I loved that the kitchen is a chef's kitchen with lots of thoughtful additions like the gel mat by the sink and tons of sharp knives. Caution: This house does not sleep six. Not by a long shot. Four overnight guests would be crowded. One bed sleeps two, the other two beds are a twin and a full. Square footage by an architect's estimate is 1000 sq feet. The second bath is so small that your knees fit under the sink when you are on the toilet. I loved the master bath remodel! Well done with the windows and skylight. And I really appreciate the thick towels. This is actually the nicest room of the house. Caution: If you hate clutter, this is not your jam. In a desperate effort to try to accommodate six, every cabinet is stuffed cheek to jowl with glasses, coffee cups, etc.. If you bring a pet, the yard is fenced in and lovely with a grill and a nice outdoor table. Landscaping is thoughtful and well done. Caution: Wading River is a small, laid back town and is very scattered. There is no real town square or the cohesiveness of Port Jefferson.

Reviewer Comments: Had such a wonderful time in this house wow so comfortable had everything I needed and I love the yard we really enjoyed the fire pit so nice it was actually the first time my son had a s’more so there’s another great memory made During our getaway.Location was so perfect, staying on the north fork with all the Farmstand’s close by and the vineyards although we only went to one vineyard during our stay can’t wait to come back and go to more. The walk to the beach is literally less than 10 minutes And there is a rolling cart with the beach chairs and cooler and everything to walk down to the beach. Thank goodness so easy. The neighborhood is very sweet, quiet and lovely. such a great day I look forward to coming back.

We found this wonderful private beach cottage. It's tucked away and has everything we want. We took our daily walks on the beach, and in the evening we'd sit by the firepit in the private backyard with a glass of wine from the local vineyards.We could visit my mom, cook dinner at home or take her to Cooperage Inn or La Plage. We love hiking, so right around the corner is Wildwood State Park. There's so much to explore in this area, I would highly recommend to couples. It was the perfect retreat. We can't wait to plan our next stay. Thank you Debbie and Virginia for choosing the perfect spot for us!
